It is possible that an item does not match your expectations, or you change your mind. For online purchase, you have 14 days to be reimbursed. To request a refund, please send us an email with your name, address, order number, and giving us the reason why you are returning the item at: h[email protected] . Please note that the cost of shipping is your responsibility. Products must be returned and carefully repackaged in their original packing.

If you want to replace the received product with another, do not hesitate to sent us email to [email protected] to specify the details of the replacement. It is important for us to keep you satisfied! Your only obligation is to send your shipment to the courier office. In case of replacement, we make a commitment to provide the selected new product. Please note that the cost of shipping is your responsibility. What the ethics of good business relationship require is that the product is not worn and has a preserved commercial appearance.

DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED ITEMS
If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 10 days.
We will help you restore any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item or refunding the amount paid. The faulty item will need to be returned to us by post, please note that shipping fee is your responsibility.

SERVICING & REPAIRS
Our jewellery are handmade with love, every piece is crafted with full attention to details.
Our jewellery is covered by 6 months (180 days) warranty.
After the warranty period has expired, they may be a charge for servicing & repairs. The servicing piece will need to be returned to us, please note that shipping fee is your responsibility. 
However if breakage occurs under the warranty (under 180 days of receipt), repair or replace will be free of charge, the cost of shipping for return is your responsibility, Flicka will only cover the cost of shipping back.

JEWELLERY CARE
Each of our jewellery is handmade, using stainless steel. We aspire to offer you unique and refined pieces that needs care.

  • Skin and hair products can react with jewellery causing it to tarnish or We strongly advise applying any cosmetics and scents before you put on your jewellery.
  • Remove any jewellery before engaging in any form of physical exercise. Be it at the gym, gardening or cleaning, as this will ensure our delicate jewellery is not accidentally damaged.
  • Chemicals found in swimming pools and natural springs will cause extreme tarnishing. Water will also contribute to tarnishing of your jewellery. Therefore always remove your jewellery before entering a pool, shower, spring or the sea
  • Store your jewellery separately, so that they don’t tangle or rub and scratch against each other.
  • Do not store jewellery next to heating vents, windowsills or in the bathroom. Damp and hot condition will cause the jewellery to tarnish badly.
